I can't brag enough about RI Self Defense Center! I began taking self defense classes a few months ago and absolutely love it! The classes are direct and focused on learning the strategies/moves needed to defend myself in various situations. With the growing number of violent crimes, these skills are essential to ensure a feeling of empowerment, confidence and safety. The classes are at a convenient time that can easily be attended after work. The gym itself is clean, organized and full of friendly people who are happy to help you learn and grow!
